Heartfullness Meditation jointly conducted with Heartfullness Institute

Sri. A. Shyam Sunder, President welcomed the gathering. He said that he came to know about the meditation program through U-Tube and finding it very useful he thought it would be very useful for members of our Chamber if a program is conducted. Hence the program.

Meeting was called to order by the President.

The program began with silent invocation.

Sri. Seeram Sambasiva Rao IAS., District Collector inaugurated the program. He said that he does not know about the effects of meditation since he was not familiar with such programs. But he thought that such programs can strengthen the minds of people involved. One can understand about his mental stability from looking at his face. Meditation is quite necessary for business people, as they have to face very many difficulties daily and stress will trouble them a lot. People facing stress may experience hypertension. Usually it has been found that players are tense less and as he is a player, he has no tension.

Sri. M. Anil Kumar presented the Heartfullness Institute and introduced Mr. Joshua Pollock.

Mr. Joshua Pollock said that he was most surprised to see a good crowd on a Sunday evening. He was hailing from a very very remote place in the US. His father was having a very good library of his own and Mr. Joshua was impressed by the books about, Yoga, Meditation process etc. Times have changed a lot and now a days students do not go to a library for referring books. Instead they get all details from internet. He lost her sister at a very young age in an accident. At that time he joined a meditation camp and got some peace of mind.

Meditation can expand the limitations of an individual and automatically peace of mind will creep into you. To practice Heartfullness meditation, one will not have to drastically change. The required changes are to come within ones own mind. Your attitude, your vision will automatically change when you are practising the Heartfullness meditation. The ripples of peacefulness comes into you as and when you practice the meditation. If the individual become peaceful, the family will become peaceful and these waves goes into the neighbouring families also and the peacefulness will be experienced through out the society and the society as a whole will become peaceful and harmonious. Mind should be relaxed, calm and should be concentrated in the supreme authority.

A video presentation was shown for the audience which narrated the experiences of many people.

There was an open forum in which the audience could clear their doubts asking questions to the faculty.

Mr. Rishabh C. Kothari and Adv. M.P. Sukumaran delivered felicitation speeches.
